Operations Summary

University Property Management (UPM) hosts residents and guests within its managed communities in the traditional residence halls and at the University Park Apartments, and provides hospitality for the University through its conference centers, food service contractor and suites. The department also provides property management services for University leased properties, including the Downtown Campus at 835 Market Street, and for the Romberg Tiburon Center, a 42.1-acre research site on San Francisco Bay. The department is a diverse organization with professional staff encompassing residential licensing, fiscal services, skilled trades, housekeeping, landscaping, technology services, event planning and related property and hospitality services.
